⚠️ Important – what decides is the connector, not the model name:
Motorola built the same devices in two versions. This battery only fits the newer one with the round connector (700–800 mAh, original part numbers HRMR03 / GP80AAAHC3BMX). Devices with a square connector (900 mAh, original part number CB94-01A) need a different battery – one we do not currently stock.

How to check this in 30 seconds

Open the battery compartment on the back of the parent unit and pull out the old battery. Look at the small white connector at the end of the cable:

• Round opening, the pack says 700 or 800 mAh → this battery fits
• Square opening, the pack says 900 mAh or CB94-01A → this battery does not fit

This applies in particular to MBP33S, MBP36S and MBP36: these models exist in both versions. The letter “S” on its own says nothing about the battery.

▸ My device is called MBP33S – is that enough information?

Unfortunately not. MBP33S, MBP36S and MBP36 were built with two different batteries over the years. What matters is the connector on the old battery: round → this battery fits, square → it does not. If in doubt, send us a photo of the old battery and we will let you know.

▸ I have an MBP18, MBP26, MBP33 or MBP41 – does it fit?

These older models as a rule have the square connector and the 900 mAh pack (CB94-01A). This battery does not fit them. Drop us a line – we will tell you whether we can source something.

▸ How do I charge the battery?

Charging works exactly as with the original battery – nothing has changed.
